Sign a lease through RentSeeker and earn reward dollars. Refer a friend and earn again.
For Renters
Earn when you sign a lease, and again when a friend does.
Sign a Lease, Earn Reward Dollars
- Find a rental with the Rewards badge and send an inquiry from the listing.
- After you sign, open My Inquiries, choose I signed a lease and upload it.
- When the property manager approves it, you earn one month's rent in reward dollars.
Refer a Friend, Earn Again
- Copy your link from Refer a Friend in your account and share it.
- When your friend creates a new account within 30 days and signs a lease on a Rewards rental, you earn the same reward dollars they do.
Spend Them on What You Need
- Open ShopAt Wallet in your account to see your balance.
- Choose Shop with your rewards to spend it at ShopAt.
For property managers
Free to List. Premium Includes Rewards.
- Listing is free. Premium is a monthly subscription per listing, with featured search placement and the Featured badge.
- Every Premium listing includes rewards: once the renter uploads their signed lease and you approve it, your renter and their referrer earn reward dollars.
- Free listings stay free and don't earn rewards. Your first three leases are checked first.
