How do I list my property on RentSeeker.ca?

It’s simple!

Log in as a Landlord by using our FREE & QUICK registration process. Once logged in, you will be able to: 

• Add a Company (which includes company logo and bio); which is a one time process. Once complete, you can add multiple properties under one company.
• Add a Listing; which skips the Add a Company step, and directs you to Step 1 of your listing. Once complete and paid for, your listing will appear on our site in real time. 

How do I add photos, videos & floorplans to my listing?

Step 2 of the Add a Listing process offers the option to add: 

• Unlimited photo's 
• Upload a video
• Add unlimited floorplans

I can’t find my city on RentSeeker.ca, what do I do?

Our objective is to add EVERY city in Canada.

If you are unable to locate a city, please e-mail us at help@rentseeker.ca and we will make sure to add it.

Can I edit or change my listing once it has already been uploaded and listed live on the site?

Yes!

You can login into your RentSeeker.ca account anytime and simply make any changes to your listing through the Manage Properties tab.

Do I need to sign a contract with RentSeeker.ca?

No!

We never require you to sign a contract at any point. You simply pay per listing by the month and can deactivate your listing at any time.

Note: We recommend NOT deleting listings as they are unable to be retrieved and will have to be relisted.

What is a Featured Listing? And how do I get my property to be seen as one of the Featured Listings?

Featured Listings are properties that will be shown in the top 3 search results per city. This maximizes your exposure.

You will have the option to add your property as Featured (additional fees apply) through the "Add My Listing" process.

Note: Featured Listings are limited to 3 per city per month. If you are unable to make your property Featured, it is because those spots have been assigned for that month.

Is there a fee for adding a listing on RentSeeker.ca?
