Statutory meetings with the owners are an absolute must. We also meet with the tenants/residents/co-owners on a regular basis to not only discuss precise topics but to also find a way we could work together to build the best possible environment to attain a higher satisfaction level. It goes without saying that we are always available for any clarification or open questions.

Nothing is impossible with a competent, motivated, honest working team that is in sync with the company philosophy. We expect that all the people working on behalf of COGIR always act with total integrity and in fairness. The ongoing training, the recognition of excellence, the internal promotions, the sharing of best applied practices, the hiring and attraction of highly qualified personnel are the priorities that allow us to consistently excel in our industry. We intend to create a stimulating working environment, which overall supports the personnel development.
